- This $28M project, managed by D. R. YOUNG ASSOCIATES, involved improving every aspect of an existing corporate campus to meet the needs of E*Trade Financial’s 24/7 operations, data and call centers. Redundancies were engineered for power, communications, security and other mission critical systems—making the campus as innovative as the company occupying it. The Rancho Cordova facility was successfully completed and occupied in 2001.
