- D. R. YOUNG ASSOCIATES played several roles in the adaptation and modernization of this turn-of-the-century hardware warehouse in San Francisco's South-of-Market area including leading the complete due diligence process prior to the purchase of two buildings and an adjacent parking structure, as well as assisting the in-house project management team at Macromedia. The $30M development was brought to successful completion in 2004 and has subsequently been awarded LEED Platinum certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
